2. Data we collect
We only collect the data you voluntarily share through the contact form (name, email and message content) and technical browsing data when you accept analytics or marketing cookies.
3. Purpose
Form data is used exclusively to respond to educational queries. It is not transferred to third parties for commercial purposes. Technical data is processed in aggregate form to improve the portal.
4. Legal basis
Processing relies on your explicit consent when submitting the form or accepting optional cookies, and on a legitimate interest in improving our educational content.
5. Rights of the data subject
You may exercise at any time the rights of access, rectification, update, deletion and opposition provided by Law 25.326. To do so, write to privacidad@proximaro.com. The Agency of Access to Public Information acts as the supervisory authority.
6. Retention
We retain data only for as long as strictly necessary to respond to queries and, where applicable, for the legal periods that apply. Afterwards it is deleted or anonymised.
7. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information from unauthorised access, loss or alteration. No system is completely infallible.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this document to reflect improvements in our practices or regulatory changes. We will always indicate the date of the last revision.
