Cookie policy
Last updated: March 2026
This policy describes how Proximaro uses cookies and similar technologies, and how we implement Google Consent Mode v2 to respect your choices.
1. What are cookies?
They are small files stored in your browser when you visit a website. They allow us to recognise your device, remember preferences and measure how the portal is used.
2. Categories we use
We distinguish essential cookies (indispensable), functional (remembering language), analytics (aggregated measurement) and marketing (campaign measurement and relevant advertising through Google Ads).
3. Consent Mode v2
We implement Google Consent Mode v2: by default, advertising and analytics tags operate in denied mode. When you accept optional categories, we update consent state (ad_storage, ad_user_data, ad_personalization, analytics_storage) so the tags operate fully. Your choices are stored in localStorage and re-applied on future visits.
4. How to manage your cookies
You can change your consent at any time from the ‘Cookie settings’ link in the footer. You can also delete them from your browser settings; in that case the banner will appear again.
5. Third parties
Marketing cookies may be linked to Google Ads. We encourage you to review Google's policies regarding advertising data processing.
